Το Mellisinos λευκός 2011, δημιουργείται από το πάντρεμα μίας Κρητικής και μίας γαλλικής ποικιλίας. Θραψαθήρι & Sauvignon blanc συνεργάστηκαν αρμονικά για την παραγωγή ενός κρασιού με ελαφρύ λεμονοπράσινο χρώμα, ήπια αρώματα βερίκοκου, λευκόσαρκου ροδάκινου, αχλαδιού, νότες λουλουδιών και ίχνη θειώδους τα οποία εξαφανίζονται με το πέρασμα της ώρας. Στόμα ξηρό, επαρκώς ισορροπημένο, φρέσκα φρούτα και νότες κομμένου γρασιδιού, αλκοόλ 13% και επίγευση μέτριας διάρκειας.
