Τα Λουτρά Υπάτης απέχουν μόλις 17 χιλιόμετρα από την Λαμία και 65 από το Καρπενήσι, ενώ η απόσταση από την Αθήνα είναι 237 χλμ και από την Θεσσαλονίκη 320 χλμ.
Μπορείτε να ταξιδέψετε με το ΚΤΕΛ μέχρι την Λαμία, και εκεί να αλλάξετε λεωφορείο και να έρθετε στα Λουτρά.
Παράλληλα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (μόλις 9 χλμ) βρίσκεται ο σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός του Λιανοκλαδίου. Από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό μέχρι τα Λουτρά μπορείτε να πάτε είτε με κάποιο δρομολόγιο του ΚΤΕΛ είτε με κάποιο από τα τοπικά ταξί.
